Bourjois effet 3D lipgloss

Hey Honeybees :)

Today i am going to review the Bourjois effet 3D lip gloss (£6.99).  I think by now you are all thinking what is up with this girl and bourjois!!!

Good things...........
Variety of colours, applicator and 3D effect

Bad things..............
Lasts at the most 30 mins until the need to reapply.

Packaging...........................
The gloss comes in a long tube with a screw top lid which you unscrew to reveal the lip brush.  The lip brush is an actual brush!!!! Not one of those spongy applicators and also the handle is long which makes it easy to hold.

The lip gloss...........

I chose Brun Rose Academic and the tube is see through so you know how much product you’re gonna get / is left. I absolutely LOVE this colour it’s a nice pink not nude not trashy just the way i like it to be it glides on smoothly and with the lip brush you are left with a nice precise finish. But to my discontent the colour didn't even last an hour :(.

Bourjois smoky eye trio

Hey,
       Gorgeous

I bought the Bourjois smoky eye trio in nude ingénu (04) for £7.99

Good things........................
Nice colors, two are pigmented, nice packaging, all right price

Bad things...........
Lightest color lacks pigmentation, silly brushes

Packaging......................

Its nice 'n' simple with light brown lettering

The trio..........................
Well the browns are pigmented but the highlight doesn't really show up (que swatch pic)
They stay on reasonably well  (for 4 hours without primer)

L'oreal infallible eyeliner

Hey,
       Gorgeous !!!

As far as waterproof eyeliners go my favorites are the too-faced lava gloss and the urban decay 24/7 eyeliners.  But as they can be expensive i decided to visit boots for a nice cheap eyeliner that stays put and behold the l'oreal infallible eyeliner (£5.19)

Good things.........
the eyeliner itself , price, staying power, sharpener

Bad things.........
Smudger

What they say...............

Enjoy beautifully defined eyes for up to 16 hours!

The eyeliner..............

Man , does this stuff stay put!!! I put it on at 8am and at 10pm when i was cleaning my makeup off it was still there!  Thats 15  hours , not to shabby!!!  Its retractable which is good as i don't like to keep on sharpening my eyeliners I also love the built in sharpener; at first when I tried to pull the lid off the smudger, I thought I broke it but it turns out that hidden inside was a sharpener :)) speaking of the smudger i HATE it.

Would i buy again.........

Yes :)

Bourjois little round pot blush

Hey honey-bees :)

*******IMPORTANT UPDATE**********
don't tip it up-side down or it will break . yes i did that . Ooopsies

I had eyed this up for a while so when i finally saw it i HAD to buy it and it cost 7.49 (it might seem a lot for a blush but its also has limited edition packaging :] )

Good things - Blendable, variety of colours, natural, pigmented, long wear

Bad things - THE BRUSH !!!, price

A little history lesson........

In 1863, Bourjois was born on the great boulevards of Paris in the theatre district, at a time when France was the world's second leading economic power. The actor Joseph-Albert Ponsin was the company's first creator; he prepared makeup and perfumes for actors and actresses in the comfort of his own home. In 1868, Ponsin entrusted his entire activity to Alexandre-Napoléon Bourjois. The company blossomed in the hands of Monsieur Bourjois, who made it internationally known.

Packaging ..................

One word - Gorgeous !!!!

The Blush..............

It smells very floral so if your not one for scented products don't use this blush.
The shade I got is number 74 and it’s called Rose Ambré.  On my medium/dark skin it gives a lovely pinky glow.  One thing though it can cake up quite easily so one tap on my blush brush for each check and i'm good to go,  which brings me to my next point the brush included is AWFUL the concept of a curved blush brush is great but i think it picks up way to much product and it the curvy-ness doesn't help either unfortunately.

Price.....

I do think it's a little on the pricey side of the drugstore blushes but since it is baked it will last for ages.

Grade .............

A+

Do you have a little round pot blush ?
Do you lurrve it or loathe it?
Are there any more colours that i need to have?

Swatched!!!!!
