Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Foundation! | Review

That's quite a mouthful!  This foundation had been on my wishlist for ages but i could never bring myself to buy it, so my mum bought it for Christmas.

Benefit Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow! Foundation  (we are going to call it BHFOWF for short.) is packaged so nicely. It is in a transparent bottle (with a pump ! (I love those) ) with the most beautiful font to have ever existed.  It has the quirkiness of a benefit product but feels a lot more grown up.

It is a light to medium formula and is oil free - good for oily skin types but also hydrates as well - good for fry skin types (get you benefit! Catering for all skin types, are we?) .

It is very runny and took my surprise but it does cover quite well.  It is also buildable.  I personally use my fingers or the RT buffing brush.

I have the shade "i'm all the rage beige", which is a pretty good match if not just a tad too dark.  It isn't very noticeable if i blend extremely well .

It isn't oily at all.  I would say it is dewy although it does tend to slip after around 6 hours of wear so i do set it with powder.

Overall this a pretty good foundation and i would recommend it for people with oily skin who want a dewy not oily foundation.

Window shopping in Benefit

all pictures from benefit
play sticks

Playsticks ~ £25.50 - After reading several good reviews about this foundation / concealer/ powder and the fact it's oil free and gives a matte finish i really want to try this.

                             -----------------------------------------------------------------

erase paste

Erase paste ~ £19.50 - I have almost scraped the last of my current one which obviously means i loved it but at £19.50 it certainly doesn't come cheap!

                             ------------------------------------------------------------------

dallas

Dallas face powder ~ £23.50 - as i am olive skinned i think this would be the perfect colour for me and it would be my first venture into the benefit face powders as well.

                           --------------------------------------------------------------------
they're real! mascara

They're real mascara ~ £18.50 - it seems as though everyone has one of these mascaras and they all seem to have AMAZING lashes so hopefully these would make mine half as nice as that.

                           ---------------------------------------------------------------------
girl meets pearl

Girl meets pearl ~ £24.50 - I've used up 2 teeny-weeny samples of this and now i want the full sized one as it gives such a radiant glow.

Do you also like benefit as much as i do?
What products from benefit would you recommend?

Benefit Benetint Lip Balm

You may be thinking "why are you going to do a review on a £14 lip balm”, you even may be thinking "what in the name of all that is pure in this forsaken universe possessed you to buy this".  Well my friends I don't know why I bought this but I am sure glad I did!  Keep reading if you want to know more about this awesomely awesome lip balm.....

What they say....
Why we love it:
A rose-tinted lip balm with SPF 15 created from our legendary benetint. The translucent shade perks up your lip colour for a perfect smooth, shiny, rose-coloured finish.
What else you need to know:
This irresistible blend of Vitamin E, sunscreen, and light rose-petal fragrance protects and delicately tints lips.

Suitable for any lip colour.

Packaging....
The tub itself is absolutely TINY, but it is also adorable at the same time and it is made of glass (?) which gives it a nice sturdy feel.  I suggest you use a lip brush as it does get difficult to get the product near the end if you have long talons and you also won't waste any of the product.

The lip balm........
I wear this all the time but sparingly (I’ll probably never get over the fact that I spent £14 on a LIP BALM) and it gives your lips a nice red, healthy look when you feel a bit rundown or want your makeup to look really natural or if natural isn't your thing load it on your lips for a snow white's rosebud lips look.  Plus it has SPF 15 and that can only be a good thing :)

Benefit Primpcess

Hiya honeybees i bought benefits' primpcess when i was on a plane and it cost me €25 (i was coming back from France and it was a splurge of the moment)

What they say.........
Primpcess is a jewellery box for your eyes. Open it up & see what's inside. Concealing, contouring, brushes galore...lining, brightening, sexy lashes & more! Complete with step-by-step primping lesson so glamourizing is a snap. For every gal on your list, this is the gift to buy & wrap!

What’s in it......

boi-ing 02 concealer, creaseless cream shadow/liner: R.S.V.P., 3 powder shadows: for contouring, for accenting, for lining, BAD gal mini mascara, eye bright instant eye brightener, brushes galore & a lesson.

Packaging......

It has a feel of luxury and benefit manages to fit quite a lot of products into this although it is quite bulky. It also as a magnetic flap and a nice sized mirror (*ahem* too-faced *ahem*)

The kit...............
I luurvve the colours of the eye-shadows and they're relatively long lasting the concealer is a perfect match but it wouldn't be suitable for all skin tones and eye bright works O.K. for didn't really see any life-changing effects. the mascara was amazing i unfortunately used it all up and will have to buy a full sized mascara.
It cost me €25 which would be about £22.26 or $36.44.
